I'm having some people over to watch a French language movie and want to serve hors d'oeuvres that reflect the French theme.

I already thought of mini quiches but do you have any other ideas please?

Nothing too fancy. I just need about 50 folding chairs & a few tables for a Sunday luncheon event.

I don't really intend to use them for smoothies or baking, I just don't want them to go bad. Will they thaw out back to normal if I put them in the freezer or would I be better off not freezing?

I'm learning that I need to eat a solid breakfast to kickstart the day. I'm 26, single, and don't have a lot of time in the morning. Basically I'm looking for some recipes that I can make at night, and put in the fridge to just re-heat in the morning. I'm fan of combination (stuff mixed together, not just sides) otherwise I'll get bored quickly. Any recipes you use? And I like spicy stuff too....should be somewhat healthy. Sick of Oatmeal.

Somewhere i heard that your stomach stops producing an enzyme that helps break down meats in your stomach, and if you eat it again, you'll upchuck or something. Is this true? and if so, how can i avoid it?

Whenever I buy fresh parsley or cilantro, it starts to go bad after only one day. They get soggy and just plain gross. I mainly use them for rabbit food so I buy them very often. But I can't seem to finish a whole bunch without it spoiling. I just keep them in the fridge in the plastic bag from the store. Is there a better way to store them so they don't spoil so quickly?

I'm cooking a surprise dinner for my husband tonite and can't decide whether to make kabobs on the grill (it's snowing but our patio is covered) or enchiladas. Are kabobs difficult to make? How long do they take? (Keep in mind I am not really a skilled cook!) Thanks!

I have written to Dryer's and they have responded with the typical, increased costs have caused us to reduce the amount we put in our containers. Usually companies just charge more for their products because of increased production costs. Dryer's has both increased the cost of their ice cream and reduced the amount of product in their containers. Wow, can you imagine the profits they gained doing this. Look at the actual weight in what used to be a pound of coffee can. This reduction of contents trick is not knew. Cereal manufacturers are also on the bandwagon. Charging us more and giving us less...it's the American way.
