does anyone know how many calories and fat do boil hamburgers have ive been trying to find out plz help

If boil is a brand the packaging will say, it's just basic math from there.

You can make your own, and to make them healthier you can get ground turkey, add in whatever flavourings you like(onions, spices like basil etc), add some rolled oats, shape into burgers, pan fry first(to help them retain shape more easily) then stick them on the bbq. You can just bbq without pan frying too, just don't turn them too fast.

It's well tasty.

I dont know, but boiling is the best way to rid any meat of its natural fat components.
