I need to serve a handful of potato chips to 100 people. How many ounces or pounds of chips to I need to buy?

Look on the back of the bag and see how many servings it has listed. Use that. Then buy a few more bags. (The crumblies always fall to the bottom.)

Most of the chip companies list the serving as one ounce. This is really a good amount to serve, so the answer would be 100 ounces.
