Salsa

INGREDIENTS:

1 lg can of whole tomatoes, drained and save juice
1/2 onion
1-3 jalapeno
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
4 garlic clove
1/4 c. cilantro, optional
Lemon or lime, juiced, add to taste
salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper, (more or less adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon splenda, (more or less adjust to taste)

DIRECTIONS:
Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, in the food processor. Pulse, do not puree. Pureeing will cause tomatoes to foam.
