Basically with a hangover... You want to drink as many liquids as you can to dilute the alcohol and it's effects. your body has to start rebuilding, and hydrating, because most of the headache is from being dehydrated. If it helps you to drink something like juice or tea or whatever, fine... but nothing beats good old fashioned water, and as much as you can. Sugar based drinks won't necessarily help, and caffiene might, but all told, what you need first is water, and then you need vitamins once you've stopped feeling like the room is spinning, and light is trying to kill you. You also want to eat something as soon as your stomach feels up to it. Something easy like toast, so you have a shot of keeping it down. Sorry you're feeling badly! Hope this helps.

Take a good B complex vitamin with any liquid that your tummy will handle. You have low levels due to them being flushed out of your system metabolizing the alcohol, and a bit of dehydration, too.
In the future - take the vitamin BEFORE you go drinking and don't get the hangover.

Ice cold coke, pour over ice and drink with a straw, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 but it has to be coke.
Then eat grilled cheese with tomato soup.
Works for me every time!!
PS: DON't drink water, it makes it worse. You need to do the water before you go out drinking.
Feel better

I do like coffee, but as stated, from not the best solution.
I know a few people that like Gatorade after a heavy night of drinking. That might help.

Depends on how touchy your stomach feels right now. If you can tolerate it, lots of people go for dairy like egg nog or a little bit of half & half to settle the stomach. Myself, I go for a hot bowl of chicken soup with bread & butter on the side, a couple Advil for dessert. LOL

You get quite dehydrated overnight so the best thing to do is to drink a glass of water first thing. Make it a habit.
