I absolutely LOVE seafood, almost all of it.
Scallops are my fav, very sweet and tender
Blue Crabs - theyre awesome and I'm from Maryland
Shrimp - steamed and spicy w/ old bay and cocktail sauce
Grilled Salmon - flaky w/ a lemon butter caper sauce
I'm not to big on oysters and such. Mussels are devine, I enjoy them, dont eat them much.
Ooooooh! And another favorite... CALAMARI! yummy =]

Shark meat, preferrably Mako Shark. Because it has it's own distinctive flavor, is the best "meaty" fish. You grill it quickly and a little Lime (not lemon) juice brings out the flavor. Did you know that Sharks are the only animal on the planet that cannot get cancer?

Before I became a vegetarian, I used to love salmon. It's the best fish ever! You don't even have to season it and it has it's own unique flavor. I liked it grilled, seared, baked, broiled. chargrilled - you name it! With some rice and steamed veggies on the side - what a wonderful, light meal.

Shrimp. There's so many different ways to cook it and it's delicious! Boiled, barbequed, broiled, baked, stuffed, minced, fried, the list is endless, and never boring!
