Also I bought some chicken breast strips...?

and I want to fry homemade chicken strips. Usually I just use an egg mixture and then dip in flour and fry but sometimes the breading isnt very good or crispy. Does anyone have a better way to make homemade chicken strips?

what is the difference between wax paper and freezer paper that you can get at wal-mart?

its me again..asking a whole bunch of ?'s. is there a difference? we buy these bags from our hatchery that we keep out butchered chickens in and we need something that can line them inside the bags- to help keep freezer burn out.

my hobart A-200 bench model 20qt mixer dosen't have the torce to mix a12lb dough.how can i fix it?

i just got the mixer and it's an oldone. it dose a good dry mix but once i add water to the mixture it stop mixing, the motor still runs but not the dough hook. the power of the motor is not transfering to the dough hook.
