93% lean ground beef and 7% fat. It's basically ground sirloin. I've never heard of 93/10 since percentages always add up 100%.

Never heard of heart being ground up with hamburger. It is the fat to lean ratio.

I think you mean 90/10. It means that it is only 10% fat and there is not heart in hamburger.

its obviously not a lean to fat ratio.... because 93+10 is 103%.... lol.


i believe 93/10 meens 93% lean meat, and of that 93%, 10% is made of inerds (stomach, heart, intestins)
