If you like hot dogs, don't want to worry about all the additives and "filler meat" and want them to be tasty and delicious, then buy Kosher dogs such as Best or Hebrew National. Also a brand out of Chicago and hopefully going national is Vienna Hot Dogs....they use only good cuts of beef, no pork or filler and are the absolute best...Hebrew National is a close runner-up. They come in a low-fat version too.

No. I agree with alot of the people here. But if you really want a "hot dog" its really not a hot dog anymore i suppose but you can pick up a chicken dog instead. Made out of chicken instead of all of the left overs, oops. Well now you know!

Honestly though, your really not missing much. If i have a craving I will pick up a chicken dog you can put all the same fixings on it like a hot dog - less fat too. But in case you want to do a little reading visit the link below :)

Good luck!

Hot dogs are just left over meat from other meat that has been cut. back in the days there was like brains, eyes, and stuff like that. most of the meat is a couple days old. dont want to waste anything do u. If u like them now dont change whats in side something sometimes its better off that u dont know. If u watch the food net work unwrapped they so u alot of cool stuff. thats how i know about the left over meats adn stuff like that. Popular hot dog it was but i cant remember the name. but nothing goes to waste.
