I read royal icing (hard icing) is dangerous due to the raw eggs, even if pasteurized egg whites are used, couldnt the eggs still be unsafe? Is this how most bakers make the royal icing.

Also, any tips on how to make the icing as smooth as professional bakers seem to make it?

I am from Australia, and we don't have s'mores here.
We don't have gram crackers, or whatever chocolate it is used for them.... what type of cracker is a gram cracker and can you use any kind of chocolate?

I received a coupon in the mail for Virgin Vines brand wine and I was reading about it on the internet. I would like to try the Shiraz (seeing as how I have the coupon), but I can't find a list of distributors. Does anyone know which stores in southern California carry it????

I am having a pirate party for myself as a bit of a laugh as I am turning 17. I am having about 15 friends over. I am looking for some ideas for food, decorations, costumes and games.

I live in Australia so unless you know of items that are easily avalible here, please keep the suggestions general.

I am quite a creative person so I have no problem with making a few decorations. I don't want anything thats extremely expsensive although I dont mind paying a fair amount.

What flavour? Frosting or no frosting? I'm from Australia. I like fruity flavours (in general) although I also like chocolate etc but I think the fruity flavours of the pop tarts sound the best. I've never tried them before (pop tarts).
I was thinking of either buying the raspberry with frosting, blue berry or strawberry without frosting , apple and cinnamon or s'mores. What flavour do you think would be the best (I'm only buying 2 different flavours).

I like sweet things but I am worried that the frosting will make the pop tart too sweet. Is the filling sweet? Is it as sweet as regular fruit jam (or jelly as it's called in America)? Is raspberry, strawberry or blueberry the best?

Please suggest some really delicious flavours (flavors). Thankyou.

Also, are hersheys s'mores really nice? What does jello instant pudding taste like? What is the best flavour?

when I'm drunk, I do get a little sleepy...but it's a weird kind that I can fight really easy. I mean...I don't actually come close to falling asleep even though I feel sleepy. Mainly how can companies that have to age there products.. like jack daniels wiskey and others keep up with the demand when they have to age there products for several years.. Dont they run out... How many barrels can the warehouse... to keep the supply going ?? I would think it would be impossiable.
