How long can we keep peanuts after opening the package? monthes? How can we tell is it still edible? I seal it in the plastic bag after I try it last time. However, I do not know is it still good now.

I assume you mean roasted peanuts? You can tell by tasting them - it's the oil that goes bad first, and starts to taste awful. But it won't do you any harm.

there is an expiration date on every food package to use as your guide, but most foods last much longer than their dates. Check with the Food and Drug Administration for their guidelines, but I believe the nutritive content begins to degrade by those dates.

If you are talking about roasted peanuts, they will be safe for a month when packed in air tight container.
