Sponge like a angel food cake with whipped cream in the middle full of calories and cholesterol. They make them like a donut about 6 bites to the package. Size is about 4" long and 1" wide.

I think I read somewhere that you can buy pans to make twinkies at Bed, Bath, and Beyond??
