I'm going to assume you mean guacamole -- if I'm guessing wrong, sorry. To my knowledge, there's no such thing as
Quamole.
3-4 ripe avocados -- Hass if possible (should give a little when you press on the skins and should be dark in color.)
1 ripe tomato, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 TBS cilantro, roughly chopped
1 jalepeño, minced (optional)
juice of one small lime (I prefer key lime) or half of a large lime
sea salt to taste
Run a knife around each avocado so you slice around the pit. Twist the halves apart and then remove the pit. Spoon the meat of the avocado out and put it into a bowl and mash it. Stir in all other ingredients, cover and refrigerate until you're ready to use it. It's best if it has a little while to sit.
