I used all of the tomato sauce.
I have tomato paste, and spaghetti sauce.
Which one is better, and how do I have to prepare it?

Pizza needs a sauce that is not too watery to prevent the crust from getting soggy. You can achieve this with either of your options: if the spaghetti sauce you have is thick, you can use it as is; if it's thin, you can put it in saucepan over very low heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens, or can add to it small amounts of the tomato paste until it's a denser consistency. You can also make a sauce from scratch with the tomato paste:

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 can tomato paste
2 (tomato paste) cans water
1 teaspoon each:
dried oregano, basil & rosemary
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Optional: 1-2 bay leaves, red wine, dried red pepper flakes

--
Heat oil and herbs over low heat until just barely sizzling; turn off heat; stir in garlic (this prevents garlic from over browning and turning bitter, but does cook it a little); add rest of ingredients; simmer on low heat 20 minutes. Check for seasonings. With red sauce, it's always a matter of personal taste. Tomato paste is naturally very sweet. You may want to add additional herbs (a little at a time, then re-taste after each addition) or add 1/4 cup red wine and/or a 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes to balance the sugar.

However you do it, remember that flavors develop while cooking, and while this is a quick sauce, letting it linger over a low flame will enhance it.

Buy your dough either at the grocery store or at your local pizza shop. Roll it out with a little bit of flour so it won't stick. Spread with your tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce, add pepperoni, salami, all kinds of vegetables cut small and grated mozzarella cheese on the top. Bake 400 to 450 depending on your oven until done. Usually twenty minutes but check it before that time. Enjoy! You can add red pepper flakes if you like it a little hot.

spaghetti sauce - but mix the tomato paste in with it for a better consistency. Just mix em together and spread it on the crust before the cheese and toppings. If the spaghetti sauce doesn't already have some herbs and spices in it, and if you have some, add some oregano and garlic powder etc (italian spices). Yum yum yum!! Have fun!!

I make a pizza sauce from tomato paste. Add 2 can water to 1 can paste. Add garlic, basit, oregano, salt papper, and a bit of sugar, let simmer for a while, stiring often. If it is too think, thin out with water, not adding too much. Taste, if it is a bit bitter, add another teaspoon sugar.

I'd really go to the store for the tomatoe sauce, however, if you're going to substitute, I'd say the spaghetti sauce. Good luck.

You can thin out the tomato paste with water and heat through adding some basil flakes or use the pasta sauce.

spaghetti sauch is better. when it has some herbs in it it tastes better, so you might add some itallian herbs if you have any and if the sauce doesnt already. it is more flavorful and bakes better in the oven. just pour it over the dough like you would any other pizza. it tastes really good! good luck!

I'd go with the spaghetti sauce and season it with some extra oregano.

mix em up! It really doesnt matter what you do, if you want you can add some garlic, oregano, and parm along with black pepper and use it on the grust that way. I dont know if i would use the paste alone, may be a little too thick.
