I ate a chicken pot pie and I would love the recipe or one near to it. Instead of the gravy with the chicken and veggies in the pie it was full of mashed potatoes with the chicken and veggies.

Can someone help me out with a beef curry or stew that can be eaten with rice. I usually make beef curry with coconut milk but find it too high in fat and thick. I been several places where they serve beef curry, lamb curry or chicken which has no cocnut milk in it more or less like a stew...Anyone have any ideas?

My personal favorite coffee drink would have to be, a few shots of espresso mixed with steamed milk, with syrup flavors of coconut, banana, and chocolate. (iced) Do you guys have any favorite drinks?? PLEASE specify the flavorings.

I am lactose intolerant and have never enjoyed the taste of ice cream. My husband is always eating it and I want to also!!! So...does Sherbert Ice Cream have milk ingredients? How about ice cream that is made for people like me? Is there such thing? Thanks so much to all who reply!!! :)

am cutting out processed food, cow-dairy, salt, sugar, wheat, preservatives, etc.

Im loading up on fish, fresh fruits and veggies, raw unsalted nuts and grains, water, fiber, garlic, cayanne, lemon, etc.

I have been taking birth control pills and multivitimins daily for nearly 10 years. Im not having sex right now, so should I discontinue my use?

What about smoking pot? Does this effect my bodys ability to cleanse itself?

I am taking a full body cleanse kit (fiber, lax, and milk thistle).

I like crisps. Prawn Cocktail in paticular, and i love walkers crisps, but i am partial to asdas own brand. Woh do you think makes the best crisps out of Walkers, Discos, Tescos, Asda or any others you can think of?

my bro had a stroke, ,a couple of years ago ,he is fine now and is told to stay away from green vegges cause the ones with the k thicken the blood he is on cumidin, so why can't he eat any veggies with k in them help.really need to no, ty gabby

Anyone have vegetarian parents and resented them for the way you were raised?
I mean did you feel you missed out on turkey dinners or burgers like your friends were having(?)
Or, are you grateful they gave you a foundation for eating healthy?
