am cutting out processed food, cow-dairy, salt, sugar, wheat, preservatives, etc.

Im loading up on fish, fresh fruits and veggies, raw unsalted nuts and grains, water, fiber, garlic, cayanne, lemon, etc.

I have been taking birth control pills and multivitimins daily for nearly 10 years. Im not having sex right now, so should I discontinue my use?

What about smoking pot? Does this effect my bodys ability to cleanse itself?

I am taking a full body cleanse kit (fiber, lax, and milk thistle).

i don't see anything wrong with continuing the birth control and taking vitamins, but smoking pot would be the opposite of cleansing yourself because of all the toxins and pesticides that could be in it. also, pot gets stored in fat, so it's nearly impossible to get rid of.

I would recommend not taking birth control if you don't need it because of it's link to breast, ovarian, and uterine cancers in recent studies. You might even lose a few pounds when you stop too since birth control contains a mix of female hormones which are what signal the body to store fat and to become bloated. I would also recommend not smoking pot because any inhaled substances other than pure air can cause lung cancer.
