I love the Vanilla Latte...no whip. I hate it when they put whipped cream on coffee drinks. Yuck! I don't want to drink dessert when trying to enjoy my coffee. I want to enjoy the coffee taste! However, I don't know if it will wake you up or not. Coffee doesn't wake me up or keep me awake. I'm one of those weirdos that isn't affected by caffeine. Oh, and anyone that answers with the "frappucino" coffee drinks...those are cold..not hot!

I suggest something that is low fat with just a bit of caffeine: green tea. If you want a coffee-based beverage try a white chocolate mocha (it's super-sweet and gives you a sugar AND caffeine buzz).
