i measure the % of my alcohol befor i put any plavours in. i dont know if its possible after you have added stuff to the base.
Do what the person above me said. i know they are available to buy from those types of stores.

You can obtain a relatively inexpensive device from a beer or wine making store, called a capilliary guage, about 3 bucks
