How much was the bet for?
I might suggest some more water thru the night, just to help thin out things, flour when mixed with a small amount of liquid turns to a thickner or paste. Good luck!

As bad as it might sound, you'll be perfectly fine. It's no worse than eating a cake; which has more flour in it.

When we have layed-back days in the bakery, it can get quite interesting. 2C. of Flour is NOTHING.

Only be worried if you swallowed yeast, salt, H20 and some sugar. lol (just kidding!!)

Now drink a lot of water to flush your intestines before the flour soaks up the fluids in your gut and blocks them to the point you have to have surgery.

OK...WHY? Lose a bet, on a dare? Nah, no harm, a tummy ache maybe. Flour is the major component of bread and you've now got a big ball of dough in your gut, but you'll live.

I know you're probably a joker and just want to get everybody going, but, if you're not you'd better be taking some Ex-lax because that stuff will probably set up like concrete in your colon.

Wow... and this was regular bleached white flour, wasn't it?
That's the most terrifying thing I've ever heard.

You'll live, though. Cheers.
