i don't know why, but i always have cravings for raw meat... sometimes i steal it from my moms fridge... I DON'T KNOW WHY but i love raw beaten eggs on top too. do you really think this is a problem?? all of my friends do it to..

I have a wide circle of friends from these countries and would like to prepare a dinner, up to now i have no knowledge of what they actually eayt and what they would enjoy so any suggestions and recipes would be welcomed, preferably from people with these backgrounds, can you tell me what their favourite foods are and recipes for the dinner. At my favorite Vietnamese Vegetarian restaurant they make this nummy Sweet Basil Sauce with Eggplant and Tofu. It is also used for their Sizzling Eel with Eggplant.
I bought some sweet basil sauce in a jar from Lyon Supermarket (primarily Asian foods) but it was mostly made of chili sauce and was way too spicy.
Suggestions?
