I just want to know your favorite recipe...ones that arn't going to take all night to make though. I have 2 kids and a hubby, we are pretty southern people and enjoy basic foods. I have ran out of Ideas and I swear we end up eating the same thing again and again. I need a good lasagna recipe and just some other good basic good meals. Thanks!!

Some people don't eat meat and so they are vegetarians.

Is there a word for the opposite? I hate salads and anything that goes into a salad, along with many other vegetables. Is there a word for this? lol

i watched Hogan Knows Best the other day. they moved into a neighborhood that had a lot of Jewish people. they wouldn't eat anything, unless it was "Kosher Foods". i know they explained that the foods had to be raised a certain way, and the animal meat had to be prepped in a certain way.

so what is Kosher food, and is it healthier then what non-kosher food?

I'm making a buttermilk baked chicken. The recipe calls for the chicken breast to be marinaded in buttermilk for overnight. I was planning to make the chicken tonight, so I made marinaded the chicken in the buttermilk marinade (buttermilk, honey, garlic, salt and pepper) last night. This morning, I was asked to accompany my friend to a reception (that includes dinner and drinks) which means I won't need to make dinner tonight. Will the chicken be alright marinading in buttermilk for two straight days?

What would be a good dinner for a man? I have a salad for a starter dish, and strawberry cheese cake for dessert. So what would be a main dish to go with it, something a man woiuld like, And what wine is fruity. We have been getting wines, and had no luck with it.

Help!!! I desperately need to change my diet. My mother did not know how to cook and fruits and veggies could not be found anywhere in my house growing up. My Grandmother force fed me these things and I can not repress the gag reflex when I try to eat fruits and veggies. I am 27 and th most I can eat is corn, green beans, peas, and potatoes. Not very healthy. Please no jokes. This is serious. My health is at risk here, but I just can't eat right cuz I hurl if I try!!!!!!
