what could it be sugar ?? I did not put anythig inside of it.Just cleaned out the seeds & baked it.What could it be??

When you cleaned it, these spot were not there, right? And you just cooked it, so mold hasn't had time to start? It sounds like the spots could be starchy sugars. As long as you cleaned and cooked this safely (and recently... meaning today) I wouldn't worry about it.

Yes, mold. Ditch it. I love a good acorn squash with some brown sugar.

If not mold, then it could be some of the left over seed pulp - Regardless I wouldn't eat it.
