When I got married @ 21 years old I weighed only 87 lbs and was 5'4". Luckily I gained weight after I got pregnant, but that didn't help while I was trying to get a date in high school.

Part of it was great because I could eat what ever I wanted in any quantity I wanted, but I never put on weight. It wasn't until after I gave birth to my son and started falling asleep at the wheel and almost lost my eyesight, that I found out that I had a thyroid problem. It is easy to get checked by a simple blood test.

If it turns out to be a Thyroid problem, be sure to e-mail me @ Jeanne.Mullis@verizon.com for a first hand experience story, before you proceed with any fix. There are a lot of things the doctors just don't tell you.

Eat your large meal at night just before you go to bed. Sleeping will slow down your metabolism and the food will not be burned off by your daily activities. You should also only eat a couple of times per day. When you don't eat often, your body will store more fat because it will need to have the extra to burn for your daily activities. If you eat often, the body will not store as much fat because it knows it will be eating again soon. My wife is a person that needs to eat to maintain her weight. This has helped her stay at her target weight and she loves it. She also drinks a lot of Milk Shakes!

Eat lots of pasta's or just always go to fast food places everyday. But getting fatter is not good for you, it can cause health problems. Healthy is the way to go!!

you should consult a nutritionist for they run some blood tests seeing what your body needs and what makes it fatter or thinner you'd better do that because if you would get professional help and not eat lots of food that you don't need because on the long run your body might get harmed or something, another important thing is testing your glands for they control these fields,,,

Best wishes!

If you want to gain weight, don't do it the unhealthy way. Eat foods high in protein and excercise to build muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so try and gain weight that way. Eating fatty foods can cause problems.

Yea, I want to gain some pounds too....unfortunately very high metabolism runs in my family. I eat like 9pm and go to bed and also eat anything and I'm very slim *sigh*
I guess doubling you food intake could help....but eating all the time becomes boring too.

Here's the sure fire way...eat lots of high fat food, late at night and before bed...trust me , you'll get fat. Now if you want to gain weight in a healthy way, supplement you diet with a good protien supplement, try whey protien, and lift weights...that is the healthy way...muscle weighs more than fat!

eat late at night right before going to bed. eat large potions of food. eat LOTS of fried foods like chicken/meat and potatoes. eat lots of white bread, gravy, regular soda, and sweets. that should do it. skimp on the veggies, and if you don't, add a lot of butter and sour cream or cheese on it.
