They don't taste anything like iced tea and they are not that strong. Yes they are full of a couple different alchols but if you aren't slamming them all night, you'll be fine. If someone you know like/drink them, ask to try theirs. Or have a bar tender make you a little one for 1/2 the price. Then if you don't like it, it won't be such a waste.

soooooooooooooooooo goooooooooooooood, Like an ice tea. I had one one my 21 b-day. I make them at home but I cheat, 1/2 long island ice tea and 1/2 regular sweet ice tea. They have tones of alcohol in them

Surprisingly you do not taste the alcohol that much if it is made right. It is kind of sweet. I can only have two in a night if I have them at all. Usually I have them as a treat to a long week of work or something. But they are really good one of my faves!

It taste like a bunch of different alcohols because that is what it is! Its tolerable and will push you into intoxication after a few!
1 part vodka
1 part tequila
1 part rum
1 part gin
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola®
Drink up! BTW mine werent properly made I was at a wedding with an open bar thats why mine tasted like alcohol...

Long Island's are my favorite drink. Here's a good recipe:
LONG ISLAND ICED TEA
1 part vodka
1 part tequila
1 part rum
1 part gin
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
Add ice and top off with Coke. Add a lemon slice for garnish.

You can't taste the alcohol (usually has the equivolent of about four shots in one serving)...Usually you can taste the Sweet and Sour and the Coke...and it tastes really sweet.
If it doesn't have much Sweet and Sour or Coke then it tastes really strong and tastes like pure alcohol. It depends on the bartender I guess. But yeah, only drink one or two-max...or you will be sick.

Well it has vodka gin rum tequlia and triple sec, all have different flavors. Mixed in with sour and topped with coke and you can be caught off guard by the strenghth.
After the first couple of drinks, your mouth will go numb and the bartender could make it with rubbing alcohol and you might not even notice.
They sneak up on you. It can be a VERY quick, but not cheap, drunk.

If made properly it does taste a lot like iced tea. Bunch of white liqours in it... two will put most lightweight drinkers way over the drunk limit.

Just like iced tea, and thats the problem with them. You drink a few and each has 4 shots of liquor in it. You don't realize you're trashed until it's too late. Be careful with these, they are very powerful.
