Full Fat (whole or homogenized) 3.25% fat
Partly Skimmed 2%
Partly Skimmed 1%
Skimmed - Milk fat is low enough it's almost considered fat free (but anything under 1%)

I believe that whole milk has approx 8 grams of fat per cup 2% has 4 and 1% has 2 and skim of course has none.

Full milk contains 4% milk fat. Semi-skimmed would be 2%. (Therefore, full milk contains 50% more fat)
Skim milk contains less than 0.1% milk fat. (The producers cannot claim that it contains 0% milk fat.)

For perspective, I read the other day that if you took a glass of skim milk, added 2 pats of butter, you'd have the equivalent of whole milk.
