I have been on a lifelong quest to find the perfect and best dipping sauce for french fries. Thus far, the current and longstanding champion is McDonald's Hot Mustard sauce. I have tried hundreds if not thousands of sauces and dips for my skinny little potato friends and now I turn to you for your knowledge and advice on the best french fry dipping sauce.

I like mayo, ranch dressing, and tartar sauce. I don't eat McDonalds fries any more, but when I did I loved dipping them in the barbecue sauce they give out with chicken nuggets.

ive always prefered real mayo with salt and pepper and then while living in nebraska i got turned onto the little vinegar shakers they have on their cafe tables. shake on the vinegar and then dip into the mayo ! awesome. 2nd would have to be burger king fry sauce.

Although I do not like McDonalds, the BBQ sauce is great for french fries....

Ketchup & BBQ sauce

I mix my ketchup with mayo until I get a dark pink it is really good
