I bought a huge piece of gammon at Christmas, which I boiled & was great. Had loads left which I thickly sliced & froze.

Any ideas (apart from soup), what I can use it for.

minced beef is brown in colour after defrosting...is it ok to use?

it's not out of date.
Also is it ok to cook bolognaise and re heat it up later on today.
Its just that i'm going out to work and wanted to have food ready for my husband and the kids.Is it ok to use the microwave?

why do u get 10 hot dogs in a tin???

why is it that if u want a hot dog for dinner u cant just have 1, u have to have 60?????
hot dogs come in tins of 10 and the buns come in packs of either 6 or 12,
so not to waste any, to get an even amount u have to buy 6 tins of hot dogs and either 10 or 5 bags of rolls.
why cant they do the rolls in packs of 10 then this would save alot of waste and stop me from getting so fat

When using the crock pot can you put raw burger in to cook or should it be cooked already?

When you make things in a crock pot can you put the meat in raw or should yo ucook it before hand. I would like to know this about chicken and beef. I don't want to get anyone sick.

what is your favourite kind of kebab?

today i saw in ARIRANG channel a korean dish . its called korean chicken. the dish is eaten with rice cakes. i loved those white long rice cakes and would love to get some. unfortunately my grocerry shop doesnot keep one. can anyone please give me the recipie to how to make rice cakes at home? they are not the AMERICAN RICE CAKES. they are LONG, WHITE, SOFT ,KOREAN RICE CAKES.
