I need to make fish stock for cooking, something that takes about 3 lbs of white fish bones,. I've been told to try Asian markets, but the couple I've tried couldn't help me. I woke up around 1 after being sick and was hungry for mac & cheese, while eating it I found a little bug in it. So I called my mom and she said they were weevils. I then went and looked in the sink where I strained the noodles and found more weevils in the sink, they weren't moving but none the less this proves that I more than likely ate some! After I realized I probably ate some I threw up for about 5-10 mins, now I am wondering, what is the proper thing to do if you eat weevils, will they not hurt you, should you throw up, or what?

Did you know....to make marshmallow cream....you can not put marshmallos in the microwave.....they will get really black and smell bad
