Three-dish meal
1 - Veggie-pasta
Tomatoes (cut into thin wedges, if too big cut the wedges in half, if the are cherry tomatoes simply cut in half)
Broccoli (cut into bite-size peices)
Carrot (sliced thinly and on the bias)
Garlic (minced)
olive oil
basil (if fresh mince, to taste)
Egg Noodles
Salt (to taste)
Cook the noodles according to instruction.
Saute the broccoli, carrots, basil, garlic, and salt in olive oil.
Place Sauted mixture into a bowel with the cooked egg noodles, raw tomatoes, enough olive oil to lightly coat all the pasta, enough salt to bring out the flavors, and mix.
If you do not like raw tomatoes, you can leave them out completely, or even through them in with the mix when you are sauteing.
2- Sweet and sour chicken
Two chicken breasts
Pineapple chunks (save the juice)
Sweet and Sour sauce
Sear the chicken breasts in a skillet. Add about 1/2 cut Pineable chunks and enough sweet and sour sauce to smother the chicken in. Cover and let cook until the chicken is cooked.
3- Tangy fruit salad
2 bannanas (sliced thickly)
1 apple (quarter verticaly, then slice)
1 bunch of grapes (cut in half)
Pineapple chunks (if you have some left from the chicken)
Pineapple juice (the stuff you set aside from makeing the chicken)
Lemon Juice (to taste, to much can be over powering so be careful and start out small)
(you can change the amounts of each fruit depending on your tastes)
Place place the fruit, pineaple juice, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix. Serve chilled.
Serve the Pasta and chicken on a plate. Spoon sauce over the chicken, makeing sure to get plenty of the pineapple. Serve the fuit salad in a small bowel. Enjoy.

Preheat oven to 375.
Wash and pat dry chicken breasts.
Mik spices with olive oil and rub or brush on chicken.
Put in oven and cook for about 25 minutes or until no longer pink.
For the last 3 minutes in oven place muenster cheese on top of chicken.
Chop up a few tomatoes.
In a sauce pan heat up some olive oil. Add chopped onion and garlic till softened and slightly browned. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, 1 carrot cut into small bits and sausage cut into 1 1/2" pieces. Cook for 30 minutes.
Boil egg noodles.
Serve for dinner chicken breasts, noodles and tomato sauce.
For dessert cut up pineapple, apples, grapes and banana's. Mix with a small amount of sweet and sour sauce. Slightly warmed in a sauce pan on med low heat.

Here is the menu: Grilled Chicken with Pineapple relish
Lemon-basil Pasta and Roasted Vegetables.
Chicken:
Marinate the chicken over night in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and basil, then grill it.
Pineapple relish:
Onion sweat in olive oil
add Pineapple chunks, add lemon juice, salt and go find some sugar at the neighbors to adjust the flavor of the relish.
Lemon Basil Pasta
cook the pasta and drain it. melt butter in pan, add garlic and saute, add basil, salt, lemon juice and toss with pasta, top with grated parmesan cheese.
Roasted Vegetables
simmer brocoli florets and sliced carrots until just about cooked through, shock in ice water and dry. Combine tomatoes, brocolli and carrots, toss with olive oil, salt, basil, minced garlic, and juiliened onion, roast at 400 F for about 15 minutes

first start out with a sweet and sour chicken breast tortillas, next cheese mashed potatoes, egg noodles tossed in sppagetti sause with chunks of italian sausages garished with blanched jullienne carrots, and a friut salad and a glass of vintage wine to top every thing off.

I would leave out the "Sweat and sour sauce" you listed 2nd from last. Maybe opt for some "Sweet and sour sauce" instead.

use the 2 chicken brests...soak them in a mixtur of lemon juice, basil, and chile rallado for 2 hours...then grill them

--For chip appetizer: Take corn tortillas cut into triangle pieces. Sprinkle a little salt and olive oil on them. Bake in oven for a few minutes on 350 degrees until lightly crisp.
--For salsa: Take cut up tomatoes, onions, basil, chopped garlic, salt, cut up chili rallado, mix toghether, add a little lemon juce, mix together again and chill before serving.
--For Quesadillas: Take olive oil, garlic, onion, basil, tomatoes, and salt and saute to soften then add the chicken to cook. Once cooked cut up into pieces. Spoon on top of flour tortillas, add shredded mild cheddar, monterey jack cheese, and top with another flour tortilla. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Cut up into 4 triangles and can serve these and corn chips with sweet and sour sauce and salsa.
--For the pasta dish: Take the olive oil, garlic, onion, basil and salt and saute to soften then add the chicken to cook. Once cooked cut up into pieces. Then take same ingredients minus the chicken and replace with the sausage to cook to no longer pink in the center. Once cooked, cut up into pieces. Then, take olive oil, garlic, basil, salt and saute, add the spaghetti sauce and simmer all together. Serve over cooked egg noodles topped with pieces of sausage and chicken and mozzarella cheese.
--For mashed potatoes. Take cut up potatoes, cook in boiling salted water. Mash potatoes, add milk, salt and butter.
---For vegetables: Take carrots - cut up and add to salted boiling water after several minutes as they should longer to cook than the broccoli then add cut up broccoli until both are cooked through, strain to serve.
--For fruit salad: cut up bananas and apples. Sprinkle with lemon juice so not to discolor. Then add grapes off the bunch and pineapple chunks. Mix all together.
