I do not believe you lacking anything from your diet for craving Mexican food. It tastes good and most people crave what is pleasing to them. If you were craving dirt, that would be another story.
If you really want to disect this, you could ask yourself a few questions?
Does Mexican food bring back positive memories for me?
Am I concerned about something that is steering me towards comfort food?
But to answer directly, I dont believe you are lacking in your diet. Most Mexican entrees have all 4 food groups included (meat, dairy, veggies, and carbs).
Just enjoy! It is deelish!

Wonder why Mexican people are so short? LoL Well, you should eat alot of different types of vegetables, not just cooked ones. I love Mexican food too, its my favorite! But I do eat alot of other things, because of health. Alot of Mexican food is very fattening, so watch out ok. Too much cheese is just bad for you, so you can eat Mexican food alot, but they do have a garden salad on their menu, so order than with a dish, and try to find healthier dishes every now and then, like steamed or grilled stuff. Hope you found my info usefull!

Probably you just really like Mexican food. Although craving hot peppers might mean you're lacking vitamin A.

How can anyone dislike Mexican food??
I could eat it three times a day every day and I'm sure that I would never tire of it.

Nothing wrong with that. Mexican food is great. Eat as often and as much as you like. Do not feel guilty.
