Just use vanilla ice cream, some milk to blend and what ever fruit you want.
Be creative.
(I like peanut butter and banana.)

Instead of icecream, I use plain yogurt with my fruit. That makes my shake very thick and tasty. Others may use flavored yogurt, either way. Then I mix and match my fruit. I almost always use a banana, for potassium and that makes the base. I then add the other flavors a handful at a time. I have used plum juice to thin it down a bit, or orange juice or milk. If it isn't sweet enough for you add a little honey. I also put in some wheat germ. But that is just me. Good luck. Oh and by the way I put the fruit in a handful at a time until I have the amount I want. I have this every morning. It gives me energy and lasts until lunch. Nana

one of my recipes:
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 strawberries
1/4 cored pear
1/2 banana, frozen
1 1/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
--------------------------------
Using a blender, blend till thoroughly mixed. Then serve.
another one of my favorites:
½ cup of diced honeydew melon
½ cup of low fat lemon yogurt
1 cup frozen green grapes
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint
Fresh lemon juice to taste (if preferred)
Method
Put the honeydew melon and lemon yogurt in a blender. Next add the grapes and mint then blend until smooth. Taste and add lemon juice if you like.
