today i saw in ARIRANG channel a korean dish . its called korean chicken. the dish is eaten with rice cakes. i loved those white long rice cakes and would love to get some. unfortunately my grocerry shop doesnot keep one. can anyone please give me the recipie to how to make rice cakes at home? they are not the AMERICAN RICE CAKES. they are LONG, WHITE, SOFT ,KOREAN RICE CAKES.

cook your long grain white rice in the normal matter. cool enough to handle. make the sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp rice vinegar, 1/4 tsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp sesame oil, 1/4 tsp sesame seeds (optional). form into shape.
Freeze any leftover as they will ferment quickly.
