I am a cancer survivor, went the whole gammit. chemo, radiation, stem cell transplant etc and I used to drink a lot of beer. Studies show that cancer patients who drink beer will have less side effects on the drugs then people who do not. So you need to choose. cancer with less pain or become a alcoholic: some choice

It depends on how you feel. I have 3-4 glasses of red wine per day and feel great! I have a friend who becomes emotional reck just after a table spoon of red wine. So it is all very personal :)
