Does anyone know of a recipe for a creamy pasta sauce that includes Frangelico liqueur? I have been looking endlessly for this after having it years ago at a restaurant that is no longer in business, and would love to be able to make it myself.

I live in Italy. If I want fish and chips, I have to make it myself as there are no fish 'n' chip outlets here.

I have 1.5 lbs of beef stew (more or less)
cumin
oregano
chili powder
bell pepper
onion
garlic cloves
tomatoes and green chilies
but all the recipes I find call for 3 lbs of stew meat and the seasoning to match, and I don't know how much spices to use with my 1.5lbs of meat.....or how long to cook it for??

I am a 38 year old female with Lupus, MS, Grand Mal Seziores, and daily migraines. We have alot of proublems with getting me to eat, well I have this one craving I can not fix because I can not find anyone who sells muncho potato chips. I HAVE TO HAVE white choclate and munchos together i mix them in a large zip lock bag and they are ready to be eaten when ever I feel like i can handle food on my stomach. WE can not find munchos any where and the craving is so bad that I get ANGERY over it. I have tried other chips and nothing works it has to be munchos. You see I do not eat meat, I live on fruits and veggies and choclate with munchoes if I ever find them. My body is very worn out and tired, and I try to solve all cravings, but this one has been going on for TWO mo now and I would really like it if someone could please help me solve this major proublem..

I'm looking for a non-agressive, elegant and smooth finish, warm, not sour, raspberry-like red wine (nothing spicy). I guess one where you can't actually taste the alcohol as a prime feature, but its cozy mature simplicity.

I'm not a very knowledgeable person as far wine is concerned, but once I had an amazing wine in a friend's house (i recall was something like "Primitivo - Shiraz ") and ever since I've tasted some wines but nothing like that. All of them seem to be too sour, too alcoholish, spicy and strong...

If you can give me names, kind of wine, etc I'd extremely appreciate it... it doesn't have to be shiraz... Also if you feel like the description could be applied to a white wine, please give me your knowledge too...

(Hopefully it's something affordable, like under 35, but if you think that's over that, please also mention it... or give possibilities)

Thanks!

I had tofu with some sort of peanut butter sauce on it and it was great. I'm looking for recipes similar to that. Nothing to difficult. Thank you for any help you may be able to offer.
