part of what makes lobster so good is what makes french fries so good
decent seasoning and a great condiment
the way ketchup made french fries wicked cool, garlic lemon and butter has made lobster more then in really is
dont get me wrong lobsters good, but its hardly the best out there
trout, black cod, digby scallops, giant prawns, wild salmon, and sea bass are in my opinion way better and you can do lots more with them then just galic lemon and butter

Its the way it is steamed to perfection and then you dip it in butter, with a slight onion salt. Or you could dip it in butter and then dip slightly in mayo. It is good that way too. It just melts in your mouth when it is steamed right. However, if not steamed right it will be tough and stringy.

If it is a seasoning you are referring to, I would say lemon.
If it is the animal itself, then I would shamefully say the cholesterol and the marine salt.

I don't know all I know is that it is REALLY good. They are actually really affectionate animals too. I was watching a tv special on how they live.
