there fun fruity you don't always have to have them with milk. anything... i like it on ice cream, anythings good with froot loops. i love them because i can have them whenever i want and they never go bad. I'm gonna go make me a bowl now that you mention it (:

It's a Sugar Thing, " Don't do Drugs.."
sugar addicition is the first sign of a person who can sucumb to another addiction .. You have an " addictive personality " that is why I said " Don't do Drugs."
