I have seen them stuffed with peppers, garlic, tuna, pine nuts ........ You just need to go to a specialist dilicatessen or Waitrose does a good range of loose stuffed olives or look on the delicatessen section where they do olives with different stuffings in jars.
I will tell you a funny story about olives.
Years ago, my parents and my sister and I were invited to a cocktail party and my father being very victorian decided we should make ourselves useful offering round canapes and snacks to all the other guests.
Problem was, my sister and I discovered olives which were a delicacy in those days and therefore rare and extremely expensive to buy and within minutes there were only pips left - my sister and I had polished off the lot, before the guests had all arrived.
My mother had to belt off into town and buy some at great expense and I could not sit down for a week. My sister blamed it all at my door! I still love olives though.

There are plenty of olive stuffings. Check out the Santa Barbara Olive Co. for a good assortment.

Olives are stuffed so that when the pit is removed the olive doesn't become squashed or broken up. I have bought on many occations olives stuffed with cloves of garlic(my fav), jalapino peppers, red chile peppers and capers. I've also seen them stuffed with anchovies and a few other things that didn't apeal to me.

There are many other stuffings for olives. I live in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, and we can buy many different types of olives from many countries. Some stuffings I have tried include blue cheese, mozzarella cheese, small pieces of lime or lemon, chilli paste, herbs and many more.

They are not only stuffed with pimentos. I have seen them stuffed with chili's, almonds, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, blue cheese even their own seeds. I know I have seen more and probably tried them all. I get upset with the pimento, I have tried but just cannot like it.

LOL stuffing, i like it, but ive seen them stuffed with garlic as well, wouldnt be able to stomach the olives with garlic myself but each to their own, i love olives............my daughter pickles them and they are so nice but vinegar doesnt preseve them very well so i'd advise eating them a few days after pickling, thats what they do in greek/turkish restaurants. I do like the pimento/pepper as well though.

There's a gift store not too far from my house that sells jars of gourmet olives stuffed with garlic cloves, bleu cheese, or capers. Some are soaked in vermouth as well. I'd offer to send you a jar but, shipping, ugh. If it broke, I'd like go to jail nowadays. That would suck.
