Some really good ideas everybody,thank you. Shame to throw gravy out after it has been lovingly made.
I think it's only fair to put this question to vote. May the best win. Good luck!

Or, you can use the gravy as a base for any sort of slow cooked casserole, just throw in some meat and some diced veg and set it going.

You can freeze it until needed another time. It is always handy to have good gravy in the freezer as sometimes you want gravy but have no stock to make any with.

Hello =)

I'm assuming this is turkey gravy??

Toss some shredded turkey meat into it, and serve it (hot) over waffles (not the sweet kind)...

Very popular old Pennsylvania Dutch dinner....

Or, serve it over slightly stale bread... (that you would normally throw out, because it's not fresh enough anymore)...

Namaste, and Happy Holidays,

You can freeze it and use it at a later time. It can be poured into ice cube trays and frozen then put into a large freezer bag. You can use them for all kinds of things. A snack of boiled noodles, rice, toasted/fresh bread and a couple of gravy cubes = a great snack.

Throw it away!! how much did you make? I love gravy when it's just made but the next day...you'll find it difficult to think of anything with a sicker texture...well bar one or two things.

Use it as the base for a soup or sauce adding freshly chopped veg and potatoes and cold cut meat at the last few minutes and make sure it is all piping hot. Serve with hot crusty bread.

Use it as a stock base for your casserole dish. You can freeze your gravy and use it on your next casserole dish. Bon Apetit
