I am looking for a chicken and rice recipe that includes some of the following ingredinents: chicken, chicken broth, rice, cream of mushroom soup, butter, chopped onions and possibly milk or evaporated milk. Please, nothing nasty like menudo or tripe or gross things. Some thing simple that does not have pork or potatoes. The only considered meates are beef or chicken. No legs, wings or thighs.

Does it stay fresh longer if you cut off the stalk?

2) Also, I used to only wash the outside, but recently I found a bug on one of the inside leaves. Does this mean I have to wash every leaf seperate, or is there a simpler way?
