How do you make it with 2 slices bread, cheese and tuna salad! Give me an authentic RECIPE please!

I have tea in it, I was just wondering if 'heatproof' means it's ok to go in the microwave to have hot chocolate in it too. One of these:

I kno it's sort of childish but everyone does it in 8th grade so I've been doing it (i am in the 8th grade around 15) well anyways could u smoke sweet tarts? Is it the same thing? Can i get sick smocking it to ?(i have been coughing wiered lately)

Need to know if there is anything to put in my homeaid spagetti sauce. I am going to freeze a bunch of it but it has a burnt taste in it because the bottom of the pan was burnt? Maybe nothing will work but I just though I would ask.

We have a favorite recipe for Lemon Artichoke Chicken. Chicken is sauteed. Then a 'sauce' is made from the dripping w/ lemon juice, zest, sherry and whole cream....then baked in the oven for 30 min. Does anyone know if I can prepare this dish up to the point of baking and place it in the freezer? Not sure if the cream will have 'issues'? Tx-in-advance!

I have found that when I cook potatoes, they sometimes have a bitter flavor. I don't know what could cause this to happen. It happens almost every time I cook them in my pressure cooker, and then happened again the other day when I used our slow cooker. Do you ever have this happen to you? Do you know what causes this strange change in flavor and how I can prevent this from happening?
