What a question.........
Sweet potato pie.....Oh my gosh!
Lemon meringue pie
Her Sunday dinner.....Fried chicken, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes and gravy, fresh green beans, sliced tomatoes and peppers. Homemade hot rolls.
I could go on and on. She is 81 and still a GREAT cook.

My mom always cooked! I think a couple of my favorite things would have to be:
Porcipine Meatballs
Fried Venison
Fried Morel Mushrooms
Zuchini Cassorole
There are many others that I can't possibly write down they are all good!

Nothing. Because when I started learning how to cook (at age 7), she let me take the wheel. She never cooked anything again. Now my little brother has the helm of the kitchen. He's 13.
She can make a mean peanut butter fudge, though...

My mom is an amazing cook, a trait which she handed down to me! :)
With so many specialties and secret receipies to choose from, it's difficult (impossible!?) to choose one favorite item. She makes an amazing sausage ball; cripsy on the outside and tender on the inside. Her homemade apple pies are so tender and flaky, there's no need to add ice cream! And speaking of ice cream, she makes her own with an ice cream machine...all from scratch.
Oh man...I need to get home soon for some of Mom's cooking! :)

My mom hasn't cooked a real meal in so long I can't tell you :/
Since she retired, she keeps so busy she says she is to tired to cook, so she has me cook when I come to visit or we go out
How about your mom?
Have a GREAT day!

Homemade potato cheese soup... and chili with fresh ingredients grown in her garden... and once when I was little, homemade ice cream. Yum!
My mother in-law (pretty much my 2nd mom) cooks everything amazing. Creamy boiled potatoes (with parsley, butter, and cream cheese), homemade chunky apple sauce (tastes like an apple pie, especially when its warm and fresh), jello cake, roast beef with veggies... she can cook her butt off!

First let me say that my late Mom was the best friend I ever had. She came from a central Pennsylvania Dutch family. Their sweet and sour fare was a bit bland.
We always had balanced meals thanks to her. My favorite was those wonderful shrimp curry meals and the varied condiments.
