Big and Broiled; don't forget the clarified butter! I like my shrimp butterflied, stuffed and broiled. Bring it on!

Steamed or boiled lobster leaves a watery mess on your plate when you're cracking the shell open. Stuffed lobster can be overbearing and partly disguise the flavor. Broiled lobster is my personal favorite because it brings out the flavor and sweetness of the meat.

We sell broiled lobster 2 to 1 around here. You don't seem to lose as much flavor as you do by boiling. It just makes sense you will lose flavor to the water when you boil anything.

Steamed is the usual. But a good stuffed lobster is the BEST.

Stuffed is best. But the old steamed with lemon and butter always works
