Oh my goodness. I just made this last night, and it is a 'keeper'. My husband just loves it. And that says volumes. The recipe is as follows:
Corn casserole or Corn Pudding Bake
1/2 c butter, softened
1/2c sugar
beat those together and add 2 eggs one at a time, then beat in 1 cup sour cream
Gradually add in one box 8 1/2 oz of cornbread alternating with 1/2 c milk .
fold in one can creamed corn and 1 can drained whole kernal corn.
Put into a 9x13 that is greased and bake at 350 for abt 45 mins.
Enjoy.

In the superstore, fruits are usually chosen much too soon. Some are rocks, many are wrong. Some of the fruit and vegetables are right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.
