I have tea in it, I was just wondering if 'heatproof' means it's ok to go in the microwave to have hot chocolate in it too. One of these:

but to be sure why dont you check the bottom of it
it should say safe for microwave use or something along those lines

It may or may not be but if it is ceramic based then it probably is. If plastic based, it probably is not safe in a microwave.
