Yes! I make a dish simply called Chicken Pasta! I use the Clasico sun dried tomato alfredo sauce, add chicken, steamed brocolli and toss it with bow tie pasta. It is soooo quick and easy and whenever I serve it people rave about it and request it again and again. It looks way fancier than it is.

when you're someone who's continuously on the bypass yet does no longer favor to whip up some thing heavy, un-nutritious, and basically needs some thing quick, that tastes strong and does no longer upload better energy on your body, then i might want to strongly propose making an investment in a WOK. you may want to be surprised how right away, and price effectively you would properly be playing a unprecedented meal each and every time. the better section? you may want to be ingesting healthful, large tasting nutrients and also you've got a number of relaxing doing it too. All it takes is one ordinary WOK to do precisely that. there are literally thousands of recipes on the internet yet you need to take the first step and bypass out and purchase a WOK in case you do not already personal one. yet another extra plus? It calls for little or no cleansing. because you're basically meant to rinse it with water, towel dry it and placed it away on your next meal. The better you take advantage of it the better effective tasting your nutrients develop into from this organic "seasoning" of your wok. have relaxing and luxuriate in it. I hightly reccommend it! playstation : in case you elect some extremely large recipes, write to me and that i will sense free to percentage my personal specialities yet you extremely will be so ingenious on your man or woman in case you placed your concepts to it.

here are 2 of our family favorites:
1) for a family of 2- take 2 beef cube steaks, season with salt ,pepper and garlic. dredge in flour. heat a skillet. add oil to hot skillet. brown on 1 side. add 1 thinly sliced onion. cook on a lower heat ubtil onion is translucent. add 1 can diced tomatoes. simmer covered 10 minutes. serve over rice or hot buttered noodles.
2) take and brown 1 lb burger, remove from skillet, discard any grease, in same skillet, cook either 1 pkg beef rice-a-roni or 1 pkg spanish rice-a-roni according to package directions. when you get to the part where you simmer the rice, re-add the meat to skillet and proceed as the package directs.
(with the spanish rice you can serve shredded cheese, salsa, and sour cream on the sides

Tacos are my favorite - brown 1 pound of ground beef (lean for health), add taco seasoning (from the store), scoop in to flour tortillas and garnish with cheese, salsa, bag lettuce, sour cream, or anything else you have on hand

I also make this same thing with eggs instead on gound beef and seasoning. I put whatever in the spice cabinet on the eggs or just salt and pepper. Sometimes I put bacon, sausage or potatoes in them.

My mom use to make American Chop Suey ( Hamburg, macaroni and tomatoes).
For something really quick, I like open faced turkey sandwiches, complete with stuffing and cranberry sauce.
