This is easy, unusual and great! Buy a couple cans of Borden® condensed milk and a can of pineapple rings. Boil the unopened milk cans for 1 hour, and let cool then refridgerate. This carmelizes the milk. After the milk is real cold, open the top. Then open the bottom and use the lid as a plunger and slowly push the carmel out. As the carmel comes out of the can slice it and place it on a pineapple ring. You can add some Cool Whip® if you like. Good luck!

1 orange, zested

Try doing an online search for a dessert called pithiviers. It's a French dessert made with puff pastry and filled with a filling made of almonds, butter, sugar, egg, etc. With store bought puff pastry it's really very simple to make and looks very impressive. Serve it with a little vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Try searching at foodnetwork for it, they have a few versions.
