I see them frozen and refrigerated can they be left out while I travel

As long as they are sealed so they don't dry out they will probably be fine. It's recommended to refrigerate or freeze them but if you're in a bind 24 hours won't hurt as long the temperature is not extremely hot.

Wrap them in a few layers of newspaper then pack dry ice around them when you pack (pack them tight). When you get home it would still be fresh (not melted). Enjoy!

If they're air-tight sealed you can freeze them before you travel. That should keep them safe til you get home.
