Wonder if you have seen the powder meshed potato sold in packets. All you need to do is pour water and mix, it solidified and become meshed potato! Is the incredient really meshed potato? Or it's something else that takes the same form? Chemically how does it works?

For my sister's wedding which is on Canadian thanksgiving - (two weeks away) I have three turkeys to cook and not a lot of time or oven space, so I was thinking of cooking them ahead of time, slicing them etc and then freezing the meat. But I don't want it to end up tasting horrible. Any ideas, suggestions would help

I have a bottle of Perrier Jouet champagne that has been in my fridge for a couple of years. I want to take it out of the fridge and bring to a friend for his birthday, however he is several hours away and in doing so, it will cool off to room tempature in that time. I wasn't sure if this would somehow effect the champagne. Any thoughts?

OK, scrambled eggs are beat together in a bowl, then placed on the grill to cook. When I was in the Navy, a few of the cooks told me that there were "country fried eggs" and that these were plain eggs that begin to fry, then are "scrambled" up while on the grill, (with nothing added) with a small amount of the yolk left soft. My dad, who cooked in a diner for a while said that this was a bunch of horsehockey. What do you know? If I asked for this in a restaurant, would anybody know what I wanted?

I am a bartender and I have a few ideas on what can be done at our bar. For several of these ideas to work, I need to get in some additional equipment. This would include a few new coolers including a kegerator for draft beer. The problem that I have is that I do not have the spare time to research prices for the different equipment myself because of my work schedual and the family (mainly our newborn). If someone could take the time to look for the best prices for coolers and the like and let me know what they find, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
