I've been to McDonalds in the USA and the burgers are the SAME size as they are in the UK. You can get bigger portions of fries and bigger cups for drinks but the burgers are the same size.

In the USA it is alot bigger then the uk the large size in UK is medium in USA so its another size up and u get a drink with yr meal and another u can fill up as much as u like :o)
