Cut chicken or beef into strips, season well with salt & pepper, garlic powder, cumin (just a little this spice has a very strong flavor) or if available use Adobo (a Spanish seasoning mix). Cut peppers and onion into strips. Lightly grease a frying pan or if you have one use a griddle, Heat until screaming hot and sear meat well, stirring to prevent sticking and to get a good sear on all sides, reduce heat and add vegetables, cook until just softened a little, I like my veggies to still have a little crunch. serve on a warm tortilla. There are some decent fajita seasoning packets in the grocery store that you just add meat too. I'm not sure where you live but in my town we have a high hispanic population. There is a hispanic grocery store that mixes their own fajita mix up every morning and you just take it home, cook it and put it into your warm shells. These are excellent and so easy, and the price is very reasonable.
